Since becoming a Google Partner in 2016, more Alpha Marketing team members have been continuing to achieve different certifications in Google AdWords.

Complementing Bec’s success in Google Partners Search Advertising Specialisation, Jon and Oliver have also trained and certified in other specialist AdWords areas.

Oliver has achieved the Google Partners Display Advertising Certification while Jon has achieved the Google Partners Video Advertising Certification.

Google AdWords is split into 2 networks, Search network and Display network. The Search network shows text ads above and below organic search results conducted by Google. Advertising on the Display network allows business to place pictorial display ads on a wide network of sites across the internet and within mobile apps who allocate space for paid advertising.

Video could be used to advertise a new car model to those customers browsing YouTube for car reviews or maintenance how-to’s. Video can visually showcase a particular product or service to potential customers when they are actively seeking extra information or helpful suppliers.
